NAAC Grade Expiring? Your 2026–27 Transition Plan Across NAAC, NBA and NIRF

The integrated preparation programme: be ready to apply the day the new NAAC process opens, with NBA and NIRF running on the same data

NAAC announced its reformed accreditation framework in February 2025, and institutions are waiting for the new process to open. Waiting is the riskier choice. This preparation programme puts your data, evidence and plan in order now, so you can apply as and when NAAC opens, while NBA and NIRF run on the same master data.

What is the NAAC Grade Expiring? 2026–27 Transition Plan programme?

NAAC Grade Expiring? Principals, Deans and IQAC Heads build one master data plan so their institution is ready to apply as and when the new NAAC process opens, with NBA and NIRF running on the same data. The fee is ₹2,499 + GST.

Why does this matter now?

If your NAAC accreditation is due for renewal in 2027 or 2028, your runway may be shorter than it looks once the new process opens. The institutions that move first will be the ones whose data and evidence are already verified, owned and consistent with their AISHE returns.

This is a preparation programme, not training on NAAC's assessment framework. We do not teach or interpret NAAC's manuals or rubrics, and we make no claims about criteria that have not been published. We prepare what every pathway will need, using Edhitch's finding that 68% of institutional data feeds NAAC, NBA and NIRF alike. Build it once, and it serves all three.

Frequently asked questions

Is this training on NAAC's new assessment framework?

No. It is a preparation programme. We work from NAAC's published notices and other public information, and we do not teach or interpret NAAC's manuals or rubrics. We prepare your data, evidence and plan so you can apply as and when the new process opens.

What should an institution do if its NAAC accreditation is due for renewal in 2027 or 2028?

Do not wait for every detail of the new process. Put institutional data, evidence and AISHE consistency in order now, so the institution can apply as soon as the applicable process opens. Follow naac.gov.in for official notices on transition rules.

When did NAAC announce its new accreditation framework?

NAAC announced its reformed accreditation framework in February 2025. Institutions should follow official NAAC notices for rollout and transition details.

Why prepare for NAAC, NBA and NIRF together?

Edhitch's published analysis found that 68% of institutional data feeds all three. Maintaining that data once, with clear owners, reduces duplicated work and conflicting numbers across submissions.

How do I pay, and do I get a GST invoice?

Register on this page. We confirm your seat and share payment details one-to-one on WhatsApp or email, then issue a GST invoice under Adapedu Online Technologies Pvt Ltd.

Is there an early-bird discount?

No. The fee is the same for everyone, whenever you register: ₹2,499 + GST per participant, or ₹10,999 + GST for an institutional team of 5.

Is there a rate for teams?

Yes. An institutional team of 5 is ₹10,999 + GST. For groups of 2 to 4, or more than 5, choose the quote option and we will send a price.

I've attended an Edhitch programme before. Which should I take next?

After the Integrated Strategy Sprint, leaders usually move to the NIRF 2027 Data Capture Clinic, THE Rankings Readiness or NBA SAR Mastery. After the OBE Implementation Sprint, faculty move to the CO–PO Attainment Lab. Health sciences institutions should take the health sciences programme. Tell us what you attended in the form and we will advise.

What do Core, Applied and Advanced mean?

Core programmes set up the data, evidence and plan an institution needs. Applied programmes are hands-on with your own data. Advanced programmes are for teams working on a live submission, SAR or global ranking.

How often do Edhitch programmes run?

One programme a month, November 2026–April 2027, each Monday to Friday, 7–9 PM IST.

Do I receive a certificate?

Yes. Participants who complete the programme receive a certificate of completion from Edhitch.
