CO–PO Attainment Lab: Numbers That Stand Up to NBA Scrutiny

Measure, evidence and defend outcome attainment for NBA, NAAC and council requirements, with a free one-year CO-PO Pro OBE account worth ₹2,499

Outcome attainment is now asked for everywhere: by NBA evaluators, in institutional accreditation, under professional council curricula and in NEP-aligned programmes. In five evenings, you take one of your own courses from course outcomes to closed-loop action, and keep working in CO-PO Pro, our OBE software, free for a year.

What is the CO–PO Attainment Lab?

The CO–PO Attainment Lab is a five-evening applied workshop by Edhitch, run live online from 19 to 23 April 2027, Monday to Friday, 7–9 PM IST. Faculty from any discipline compute direct and indirect attainment on their own course, roll it up to programme outcomes and close the loop for NBA, NAAC and council requirements. Every participant gets a free one-year CO-PO Pro OBE software account worth ₹2,499. The fee is ₹2,499 + GST.

Why does this matter now?

Most institutions have CO–PO mapping documents. Far fewer can show how an attainment figure was computed, why the target was set where it was, and what changed in teaching because of it. That trail is what NBA evaluators, accreditation peer teams and council inspectors ask for.

The method is the same whichever framework asks: measurable outcomes, aligned assessment, transparent computation and documented action. You work on your own question papers, marks and survey data, first by hand so you understand every number, then in CO-PO Pro, so the next semester takes minutes rather than days.

What will participants take back?

Everything is built on your own data during the sessions, so it is ready to use when the programme ends.

Been with us before? Welcome back.

Past participants join at the level that matches the work they have already done. Tell us which programme you attended when you register, and our facilitators will know where you are starting from.

A suggested path through the series

Start at Core to set up the data and plan, move to Applied to build evidence on your own data, and take Advanced programmes when you are working on a live submission or a global ranking. One programme runs each month.

Frequently asked questions

Is the CO–PO Attainment Lab only for NBA engineering programmes?

No. It is for any programme that defines course and programme outcomes, including management, pharmacy, health sciences, law and arts and science. You work on your own course.

What is the free OBE account included with the CO–PO Attainment Lab?

Every participant receives a one-year CO-PO Pro account for one course, Edhitch's OBE software, worth ₹2,499. It is set up during the Lab, so you leave with your course already running in it. An institutional team of 5 receives five accounts.

How is CO attainment calculated?

Direct attainment is measured from assessments mapped to each course outcome, usually as the share of students reaching a target score, converted to attainment levels the institution defines. Indirect attainment comes from course exit surveys. The two are combined using a weighting the institution sets and must be able to justify.

What is the difference between direct and indirect attainment?

Direct attainment uses student performance in assessments. Indirect attainment uses perception data, such as course exit surveys. Evaluators expect both, with a documented method for combining them.

I attended the OBE Implementation Sprint. Is the Lab a repeat?

No. The Sprint covered implementation across a course. The Lab goes deeper into computation, targets and closing the loop, and starts from your existing mapping.

What does closing the loop mean in outcome-based education?

Using attainment results to identify gaps, taking specific actions in teaching or assessment, and showing evidence of those actions and their effect in the next cycle.

How do I pay, and do I get a GST invoice?

Register on this page. We confirm your seat and share payment details one-to-one on WhatsApp or email, then issue a GST invoice under Adapedu Online Technologies Pvt Ltd.

Is there an early-bird discount?

No. The fee is the same for everyone, whenever you register: ₹2,499 + GST per participant, or ₹10,999 + GST for an institutional team of 5.

Is there a rate for teams?

Yes. An institutional team of 5 is ₹10,999 + GST. For groups of 2 to 4, or more than 5, choose the quote option and we will send a price.

I've attended an Edhitch programme before. Which should I take next?

After the Integrated Strategy Sprint, leaders usually move to the NIRF 2027 Data Capture Clinic, THE Rankings Readiness or NBA SAR Mastery. After the OBE Implementation Sprint, faculty move to the CO–PO Attainment Lab. Health sciences institutions should take the health sciences programme. Tell us what you attended in the form and we will advise.

What do Core, Applied and Advanced mean?

Core programmes set up the data, evidence and plan an institution needs. Applied programmes are hands-on with your own data. Advanced programmes are for teams working on a live submission, SAR or global ranking.

How often do Edhitch programmes run?

One programme a month, November 2026–April 2027, each Monday to Friday, 7–9 PM IST.

Do I receive a certificate?

Yes. Participants who complete the programme receive a certificate of completion from Edhitch.

Can Edhitch run this for our institution only?

Yes. Any programme can be delivered privately for 25 or more faculty, on your dates and built around your institution's context. Write to info@edhitch.com.
