★ Implementation Sprint · July 13–17, 2026 · Online

Don't attend another webinar on OBE.
Implement it. In 5 days. With your real numbers.

A structured 5-day programme centred on what assessors actually examine across NBA (Tier-I & Tier-II), NAAC Binary, NMC (CBME), DCI, and BCI — and where institutions get flagged. Discipline-specific failure patterns across engineering, management, pharmacy, hotel management, polytechnic, medical, dental, and law. By Friday, you leave with defensible outcomes, audited assessments, and an implementation roadmap ready to present to your IQAC, HOD, or Principal. CO-PO Pro tool included for ongoing maintenance.

Frameworks
NAAC · NBA · NMC · DCI · BCIAll five OBE contexts
OBE is no longer optional. NAAC Binary now requires it under Criterion 1. NBA Tier-I and Tier-II both demand rigorous CO-PO mapping and attainment across engineering, management, pharmacy, hotel management, and polytechnic. NMC's Competency-Based Medical Education and DCI's competency framework mandate it. BCI's Legal Education Regulations expect it. Institutions that implement OBE this quarter are ready for their next accreditation cycle. Those that don't won't be.

One Sprint. Five Regulatory Contexts. One Common Thread: OBE.

Every major Indian higher-education regulator now requires Outcome-Based Education in some form. The frameworks differ. The implementation principles are the same. This Sprint teaches you both — and gives you the tool to execute.

NAAC Binary
UG & multi-program
Criterion 1 requires institutional outcomes and graduate attributes mapped to programmes.
NBA Tier-I & Tier-II
Engineering · Management · Pharmacy · Hotel Mgmt · Polytechnic
CO-PO mapping, attainment calculation, continuous improvement across both NBA tiers and all approved disciplines.
NMC · CBME
Medical colleges
Competency-Based Medical Education requires competency-level outcome mapping.
DCI
Dental colleges
Competency-based dental education aligned with NMC framework principles.
BCI
Law schools
Legal Education Regulations expect outcome-based learning, especially in 5-year LL.B.
Why this is different

This is not a webinar.

You've sat through enough OBE PowerPoints. This Sprint is different. You bring your data. You do the work. You leave with implementation.

✕ Other OBE workshops
  • Generic lectures on OBE theory
  • No discipline-specific failure analysis
  • Slide decks that don't reflect assessor scrutiny standards
  • Sample examples that don't apply to your context
  • You leave with notes — nothing changes at your institution
✓ Edhitch OBE Implementation Sprint
  • What assessors actually examine — across NBA, NAAC, NMC, DCI, BCI
  • Discipline-specific failure modes (engineering, management, pharmacy, hotel mgmt, polytechnic, medical, dental, law)
  • You audit your own outcomes, assessments, attainment
  • You leave with a defensible OBE deployment
  • CO-PO Pro included for ongoing maintenance
The 5-Day Sprint Plan

Five days. Regulatory mastery. Real implementation.

Each day, 2 hours of structured work centred on what assessors actually examine, where institutions get flagged, and how to fix it before submission. Each day ends with a concrete deliverable for your own institution. By Friday, your OBE implementation is regulator-ready.

Day 1 · Monday
13 July 2026
7:00–9:00 PM IST
How regulators actually evaluate OBE — and where institutions fail
What assessors examine across NBA Tier-I & II, NAAC Binary, NMC CBME, DCI, and BCI — and why most PEOs, POs, PSOs (or competencies) lose marks. Discipline-specific failure patterns across engineering, management, pharmacy, hotel mgmt, polytechnic, medical, dental, and law. You audit your own institutional outcomes against the assessor standard.
You leave with
Audit of your own PEOs / POs / PSOs against assessor scrutiny standard · list of what needs rewriting
Day 2 · Tuesday
14 July 2026
7:00–9:00 PM IST
Writing Course Outcomes (and competencies) that survive assessor scrutiny
The Bloom's verbs that work and the ones that get flagged. How outcome writing differs across NBA disciplines (engineering, management, pharmacy, hotel mgmt, polytechnic) and across CBME, DCI, BCI contexts. Live feedback on your own COs / competencies. Mapping rigour expected for SAR, SSR, and clinical-competency documentation.
You leave with
Revised Course Outcomes for one course · CO-PO mapping matrix at assessor-defensible standard
Day 3 · Wednesday
15 July 2026
7:00–9:00 PM IST
CO-PO attainment and competency achievement — the math regulators verify
The attainment methodology that withstands scrutiny across NBA tiers, NAAC Binary, CBME, DCI, and BCI. Direct vs indirect assessment — why institutions weight these wrong. Defensible target-setting logic. The most common arithmetic errors that get flagged. Software supports the methodology; it doesn't replace the regulatory logic.
You leave with
Attainment calculation for one course using defensible methodology · reconciliation logic ready for SAR / SSR / IQAC reports
Day 4 · Thursday
16 July 2026
7:00–9:00 PM IST
Question papers, assessments, and clinical evaluations — the silent failure point
Most institutions claim attainment based on assessments that don't actually test what the outcome claims. You audit your own assessments. Bloom's distribution by NBA tier. Internal-vs-end-semester consistency. Clinical-assessment alignment for medical (CBME), dental (DCI), and law (BCI) contexts. Closing the gap before assessors see it.
You leave with
Question paper audit report for one course · assessment redesign recommendations · CO-assessment alignment template
Day 5 · Friday
17 July 2026
7:00–9:00 PM IST
Documentation, evidence, and Continuous Improvement — closing the loop
The documentation trail assessors look for: proof you reviewed outcomes, acted, and improved. Building a Continuous Improvement Plan that satisfies NBA, NAAC Binary, CBME, DCI, and BCI from one evidence base. Stakeholder-input cadence (industry, alumni, students, patients/clients). Your institution's OBE roadmap, ready to present to IQAC, HOD, or Principal on Monday.
You leave with
Institutional OBE implementation roadmap · multi-framework documentation strategy · Certificate of Implementation
What you need to bring

This Sprint expects you to work.

⚠ Before Day 1, please have ready:

This is a hands-on implementation programme. Participants who arrive without the materials below will struggle to keep up. We require you to have:

  • One complete course syllabus from your institution
  • Assessment data for that course (internal marks + end-semester marks) for at least one recent semester
  • Question papers from the most recent semester for that course
  • Your institution's Programme Outcomes (POs), or the PO statements from your accreditation framework if not yet defined
If your institution doesn't yet have this data structured, we recommend starting with our Edhitch Diagnostic Engagement — which surfaces exactly what data you have and what's missing — and then joining a future Sprint cohort with full readiness.

Why Edhitch · Cross-domain capacity

We work across engineering, management, pharmacy, hotel management, polytechnic, medical, dental, law, and general higher education.

OBE looks different in an engineering college (NBA Tier-I CO-PO attainment), in a management institute or pharmacy college (NBA Tier-II), in a polytechnic (AICTE/NBA outcome frameworks), in a hotel management institute (industry-aligned competency outcomes), in a medical college (NMC's CBME competency mapping), in a dental college (DCI's competency framework), in a law school (BCI's outcome-based learning expectations), and in a general university (NAAC Binary's institutional outcomes).

Edhitch has worked across all of these. We bring deep domain capacity, real institutional clients across sectors, and software (CO-PO Pro, MDM Platform, diagnostic engines) that adapts to your discipline. We help with your real student data — whether you teach engineering, management, pharmacy, hotel management, polytechnic, medicine, dentistry, law, or arts and sciences. Sessions adapt examples to participants' specific contexts based on registration data collected pre-Sprint.

What past participants say

Real voices from our April & May 2026 cohorts.

120 faculty members from across India completed our Integrated Strategies programmes earlier this year. Here's what they said.

"This programme offered a highly structured and insightful approach to understanding institutional performance through the integrated perspectives of NAAC, NBA, and NIRF. The Edhitch platform demonstration was especially impressive in showcasing how technology can simplify accreditation and performance management processes."

Dr. Shikha Dutt SharmaIQAC Coordinator & Assistant Professor (Selection Grade)K. R. Mangalam University

"One of the most valuable takeaways was the realization that institutions often lose scores in NBA, NAAC, and NIRF not due to a lack of data, but because information remains fragmented across multiple systems, formats, and reporting mechanisms."

Dr. Nitya GargDirector, IQACSarala Birla University, Ranchi

"An eye opener and a practical experience regarding NBA, NAAC, and NIRF accreditation processes. The resource persons beautifully explained the significance of appropriate strategic planning, documentation, and reporting for obtaining higher scores. Highly practical, informative, and effectively delivered."

Dr. Sinmoy GoswamiAssistant Professor & Coordinator, AIM Research CentreAssam Institute of Management, Guwahati

"It was a great pleasure and privilege to attend the 5-day online workshop on elevating the tri NIRF, NAAC and NBA scores. The topics covered a deep range of elements necessary for sure shot success in elevating institutional scores."

V. P. BhuptaniAssociate Professor & Head, Department of EnglishSir P. P. Institute of Science, MKB University, Bhavnagar

"I have attended this workshop. Very fruitful. All five day workshop topic delivery was very helpful for preparing the binary NAAC accreditation."

Lakshmi D VNAssociate Professor, Dean Research and DevelopmentPublic LinkedIn endorsement · May 2026

"The understanding of which places to emphasise on for leveraging most points has really helped. This programme would be a huge help to anyone who is struggling with accreditation scores."
