Refund Eligibility:
a. Full refunds: A full refund will be provided if a refund request is submitted prior to 2 days before the scheduled start time of the online event.
b. Partial refunds: If a refund request is submitted after the specified time frame but before the event begins, a partial refund may be considered. The refund amount will be determined based on the time of the request and any incurred costs or expenses by the event organizers.
Refund Request Process:
a. All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@edhitch.com.
b. The refund request should include the participant's name, event name, event date, and the reason for the refund request.
c. The refund request must be sent within the eligible refund period as mentioned in point 1.
Refund Processing:
a. Once a refund request is received, it will be reviewed by our team.
b. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of approval.
c. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used during the original registration.
Non-refundable Circumstances:
